| Quick Search |
Allows you to carry out a simple text search through the Activities, Deliverables, Nodes, Properties and Hyperlinks
in all maps published to the current site |
| Home |
Displays the site home page.
This may be a custom home page (refer to your Process Governance Framework for details) or the standard page.
The Home page provides links to menu pages, allowing users to access process maps and other documents. |
| Search |
Use the extensive tools to search for specific information within maps and documents. Searches are confined to the current library. |
| Reports |
Run reports to audit, manage and improve process maps. |
| Approvals |
This is restricted to the Approvers of the maps. |
| Improvement |
Tools to compare sites and identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. |
| Administration |
This is restricted to the Library Administrators. |
| News (Optional) |
Displays information about new and updated content and provides a feedback mechanism for Users. |
| Print |
Allows maps and reports to be printed. |
| Help |
This gives access to this Help as stored on your server. |
| Mobile Site (Optional) |
Allows you to switch from the Desktop to the Mobile version of the Process Library. |
